RETURN POLICY
We're not happy unless you are. If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may return it to us within 30 days from the purchase date. Product that has been worn will not be accepted. We'll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged, excluding any expedited shipping charges.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, all eligible items can be returned for credit within 30 days of the original purchase date. Once a return is started, please note that all tags must be attached, the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused/unworn.
What are your return label and shipping fees?
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid shipping label that’s cost will be deducted from your store credit balance.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Items considered limited or special release.
DO YOU PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?
We do not currently cover return shipping costs. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
