Free Standard shipping on orders $100 or more (7-11 business days). 


How do I track my order?

When your items ship, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with all your tracking information.


What if I didn't receive a shipping confirmation?

You can find your order status on our website. Just click the login icon in the upper righthand corner of the site, and select Sign In. You can then sign in to your account to view your Order History.  Search for your current order and you'll see tracking information there.


Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We are not able to ship to more than one address at a time. You will have to submit each order separately and shipping fees cannot be combined.


Order Cancellation

Please be advised that once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified as processing begins immediately.


Price Adjustment Policy

Acomm does not honor any price adjustments for items purchased online or from any third party seller. Once a purchase is made, the price paid at the time of purchase is final.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

Acomm is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit. A shipping confirmation email is sent once your order is shipped. This email includes the order details with the tracking information to track your order. If the shipment tracking status shows 'Delivered' and the shipment is still 'lost' for reasons such as if the buyer is not available to receive the package OR if the shipment is left at doorstep, Acomm is not responsible for the shipment becoming lost or stolen in these conditions. It is the buyer's responsibility to make proper arrangements for receiving the expected package.


In the event of lost shipments, our customer service team will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, please contact our Customer Service to help you file a claim.
